Lulu has spent most of her life in Florida, cruising around the ICW and Florida Keys. She has been well cared for and recently had her engine serviced and her electronics professionally inspected.
Her relaxing aft deck has a full enclosure for shade during those hot Florida summer days, and the forward deck provides enough space for lounging as well. The engine is underneath the aft deck with easy access if needed. There are several spacious compartments that provide storage for fenders, lines, water toys, etc. A swim platform on the stern is great for boarding from a tender as well as taking a swim while at anchor.
NTERIOR WALKTHROUGH
Lulu’s interior is well thought out with an incredible amount of living space. Stepping inside from the aft deck, the head and wet shower are directly to starboard, and there is small, enclosed quarter berth that can also serve as extra storage space. Her pilothouse main cabin has a dining area to port and a galley to starboard. The galley has ample storage and counter space- the captain’s chair just forward of the galley will also fold forward for extra counter space for meal prep if needed.
The forward-most sofa seat of the dinette will also cleverly adjust to face the pilothouse front windows for a view of what’s ahead, making conversations with whoever is at the helm very easy. The helm station to starboard has a comfortable captain’s chair and excellent visibility. Bow and stern thrusters provide excellent maneuverability for those tight spots while docking or exploring, and there is an upgraded chart plotter as well.
Lulu’s forward Cabin features a spacious, comfortable V-berth, storage, and on overhead hatch to let in the breeze if desired.
